Return Window: We offer a return window of 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Once the 5-day period has passed, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive to ensure that they meet your expectations.

Condition of Items for Returns: For a return to be approved, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, seals, and tags intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used in any way.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your order and provide you with the necessary return authorization details and further instructions. We will also inform you of the Pargo drop-off point nearest to you for the return. Please note that it may take up to 7 days from the date of your return request for the entire return process to be completed.

Return Shipping via Pargo: For returns, we utilize Pargo drop-off points for easy and convenient returns. After you’ve received your return authorization, you will be given specific instructions on how to return your product via a designated Pargo drop-off point. We will inform you of the nearest drop-off location based on your geographic area. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Return Shipping Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the return process to be completed, including the time it takes for your return to be shipped to us and inspected once received. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Exchanges: Currently we do not offer exchanges on fragrances. Please be sure to carefully select your products before completing your order. If you are unsure about a fragrance, feel free to contact us for more information before purchasing.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as your refund has been authorized and processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
