Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Corieshade Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Enrolment

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Applications are subject to approval at our sole discretion. We may reject applications if they do not align with our brand values.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, advertising, and privacy regulations.

2. Affiliate Commissions & Payments

• Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.
• The commission rate is 20% of the sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
• The cookie tracking period is 30 days, meaning purchases made within this time from an affiliate link qualify for commissions.
• Payments are processed Monthly via PayPal/bank transfer/other.
• Commissions may be voided or adjusted in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You must promote our products honestly and without misleading claims.
• You may not engage in spam marketing, false advertising, or deceptive tactics.
• Affiliates must not use paid ads that compete with our brand, including bidding on our brand name in search engines.
• Affiliates may only use approved brand assets and marketing materials provided by us.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to your earnings from the Program.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

• Affiliates may use authorized images, logos, and marketing content from our brand.
• Modifying or misrepresenting our brand identity is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must comply with trademark and copyright laws when using our branding materials.

5. Termination & Violations

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
• Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
• Misleading marketing practices
• Fraudulent activity or self-referrals
• Violating any of these terms
• Upon termination, outstanding commissions may be withheld if violations are found.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or technical issues affecting affiliate links.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time.
